Web Design

I do front-end web design and mobile-responsiveness is the main goal of every sites that I am creating. I am doing simple static landing pages and customizing Wordpress themes and drag-and-drop builders.

Technical Skills 

Software proficiency is really an important skills when it comes to web design. I use various web development software such as Adobe Brackets, Atom, Visual Studio Code and Adobe Photoshop. I am also comfortable using other softwares like office softwares, CRM, VOIP and DMS

General Office Skills

The things that I can do aside from programming are teaching, social media management, creating newsletters,
general office assistance skills, technical support and blogging.

To be honest, being a Chief Technology Officer can be a pretty daunting position for a young professional like me. For over 4 years of my work life, I was able to work with different companies that are not even in line with what I studied and love - which is technology. Below are the timeline on where do I started and where I at right now. 

Chief Technology Officer and Corporate Secretary

Tech strategy:

- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Identify opportunities and risks for the business.
- Participate in management decisions about corporate governance.
- Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources
- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Help departments use technology profitably
- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

Research and development:

- Research and recommend the most effective content management systems (CMS).

Technical Support Representative

TELSTRA 

- supporting customers by doing basic troubleshooting on the specific ADSL line and automated line testing using an automated line testing tool to see what's going on with the internet connection
- ensuring that the customer understands how they operate each part of their PC set especially those who are elderly that relies on their internet to connect to their loved ones.
- creating escalation tickets on level 2 tech support or warm transferring them to other departments if the inquiry was out of scope of my support. 

Insurance Financial Advisor

PHILAM LIFE - CUBAO BRANCH

- doing financial planning for different types of prospective clients according to their wealth portfolio
- generating automated insurance proposals to make sure that the client will have an accurate amount of premiums to be paid according to their preferences as well as a targeted increase of their investments depending on the years of the plan of the client.
- attending wealth management meetings and financial planning seminars either held by the unit or the whole management itself.
- setting appointments for prospective clients and present them the proposal

Unit Secretary

PHILAM LIFE - CUBAO BRANCH

- creating paperworks and automated proposal for the prospective clients of my fellow advisors and my unit manager
- tracking each customer's premium using an excel file to ensure that they are tracked properly and notified that its already their due date.
- assisting and informing my fellow advisors for any meetings that will be held either by the unit or the branch itself.
- reminding fellow advisors for any production that they have.
- assisting advisors within the unit when it comes to filing their signed document for the plan of the client.
- handling client's payments and delivering them to the counter
- creating presentations for fellow advisors.
- arranging and scheduling rooms for the meeting
- creating new excel files for ease of record tracking
- developing a proto-type software for client management system of the unit.
- managing their social media account which is the Facebook page and sometimes create articles that are related to financial management.
- finding leads and prospects through various social media channels and doing email marketing.
- appointment setting with the prospective clients and updating them from time to time
